- To purchase SGT tokens, you must connect your Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to our website. AI AVATAR Web3 wallet is currently unavailable for this service.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your wallet, including managing your private keys and seed phrases. AI AVATAR is not responsible for any security breaches, hacking incidents, or loss of funds related to users' wallets.
3. Token Purchase
- You may purchase SGT tokens using USDT on Polygon Network. No other currencies or payment methods are accepted at the moment.
- Once your wallet is connected, you can proceed with purchasing the desired amount of SGT tokens.
4. Non-Refundable Purchases
- All purchases of SGT tokens are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed and confirmed on the blockchain, no refunds or reversals will be issued under any circumstances.
- Ensure that you carefully review your purchase details, including the amount of SGT tokens and the corresponding amount of USDT, before confirming your transaction.
5. Token Purchase and Holding Period
- Upon purchasing SGT tokens, the tokens will be held by us for a minimum period of 6 months. During this holding period, customers can earn SOTβ rewards based on the following conditions:
- 6 Months Holding: Receive 50% of the SOTβ reward.
- 1 Year Holding: Receive 100% of the SOTβ reward.
- 2 Years Holding: Receive 200% of the SOTβ reward.
After finishing the selected holding period, the SGT amount will be delivered to the connected wallet.
- We are not responsible for any delays, technical issues, or errors that may occur during the transfer of tokens, as these processes are dependent on the blockchain network.
6. Risks
- Purchasing tokens involves significant risks, including but not limited to, the potential loss of value, regulatory uncertainties, and technical vulnerabilities. By participating in this token sale, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept these risks.
