If you want to change your card information completely or add a new one, you could do it from AMS; Mall or App.

I. From the AMS
1. Access AMS page: https://ams.aiavatar.fun/
2. Choose Profile -> Settings -> Payment method
3. Click on Update or Add new:
4. Click Update then a message box will appear, choose Agree
- After that, you will be redirected to Credix to fill in your card's information:
II. From Mall
1. Access to Mall store: https://store.aiavatar.fun/
2. For the case during checkout process
2.1. For the case you have not added any card information before.
After choosing pay by card, a message box will appear, choose Agree to continue with your payment
- After that, you will be redirected to Credix to fill in your card's information:
- And with that, you have successfully paid for your orders.
2.2 For the case change/update a new card when you have existed card information before.
- Click "Update card information" in the Payment option screen
- You will be redirected to the waiting screen
- And then Credix information card page is opened. Please check and fill all the information
- After the new card information is updated, your order will be processed
2.3. Change the existed card information in the Subscription detail page in the Subscription page
- Select Subscription section on the list
- Open subscription detail page
- Click "Edit" to change the information.
It will be redirected to the AMS page. Please add the new card information.
III. From App
1. For the case when you are purchasing Avatar
Select AVATAR tab and follow this to add new card/ update a new card information when purchasing a subscription.
2. For the case Add new card or update in directly in the Cheercast tab setting
2.1. Go to Cheercast setting
2.2. Select the Payment method
2.3 Click the icon to add new card or update a new one
2.4 The Term and condition of payment gateway will be display. Please review and then click Agree.
2.5 You will be redirected to the Credix gateway to enter the card information
2.6 After completing all information, your card is added/updated
