How to change or reset password?

Password Requirements:

Your password must:

• Be between 8 to 20 characters in length
• At least one letter (A–Z or a–z)
• At least one number (0–9)
• At least one special character from the following (! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + = { } [ ] \ | / : ; " ' < > ? ~ ` ) .,) 

Example of a valid password: TheOther#869
(This meets all the requirements: letter, number, special character, and sufficient length.)

In app

1. Open the app

2. Choose Account > Password

3. Follow the prompt to update the new password

4. Once complete, you will see the successful message in the screen
