1. Access AI AVATAR Mall
2. Click on your Profile icon
3. You will see all of your orders in the Order history section:
4. In Order History section, you will find different tabs based on their payment status:
- To Cancel pending orders, you can access "To Pay" tab and click on the dot button, there will be "Continue Payment" option to finish purchasing or "Cancel" if you do not wish to purchase.
- To view Unfulfilled orders or pending shipping orders(physical orders) , access "To Receive" tab:
- To check if you have successfully purchased items, access to "Completed" tab:
- To request for Refund, access Inquiry at the bottom of the page to raise Refund request:
